Rates

Cooking gas, heat, water and trash removal is included in the rent. Tenants pays the electricity, phone and internet.

A $30 application fee per person and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent are required at the time of application.  All leases are for 1 year. Some units are available for a shorter term at an additional cost.
